By visiting, browsing, or using the website and services of Kalyanstore ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

Kalyanstore makes every effort to authenticate and accurately describe all antiques. Certificates of authenticity are provided where applicable. However, antique valuation is subjective, and we recommend independent appraisal for high-value purchases. We do not guarantee appreciation in value of any item sold.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required before dispatch of items. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and cash payments at our store.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of antiques, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only in cases where an item is significantly misrepresented in its description. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer domestic and international shipping. All fragile items are packed with white-glove care. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Kalyanstore is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or customs. Insurance is recommended for high-value shipments.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including text, images, illustrations, and the Kalyanstore logo is the exclusive property of Kalyanstore. Reproduction or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kalyanstore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any item. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
